Due to not having building permit, as many as four buildings that spread in South Jakarta were controlled by South Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-dept, Wednesday (3/30).

Each building has different mistake. Buildings in Tebet and Jagakarsa, the owner does not have permit

South Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-dept Head, Syukria disclosed that those buildings are located at Jl Bangka Raya (Pela Mampang), Jl Tanah Kusir IIA (Kebayoran Lama Selatan), Jl Dr Saharjo (Tebet) and Jl Nusa Indah (Jagakarsa).

"Each building has different mistake. Buildings in Tebet and Jagakarsa, the owner does not have permit," he expressed, Wednesday (3/30).

Then building in Jl Tanah Kusir, his side did demolishment forcibly due to violated building height. As for the shop house at Jl Bangka Raya IIA, was controlled due to free distance, etc.

According to him, besides enforcing the rules, demolishment was also to give deterrent effect.
